Policy Procedures
CancellationAll customers have 7 days to cancel purchases with a full refund of any monies paid.
Claims
Any claims made against the company, must be put in writing and will be dealt with by a company director. If a satisfactory conclusion is not reached an independent arbitrator, will be appointed i.e. trading standards and the company will comply with their findings.
The time frame for any claim will be the term of the customers guarantee, dependant on the product purchased i.e. 10 years for windows + doors.
Delivery
All goods will be delivered by a company authorised vehicle during a time frame agreed by the customer.
Privacy Policy
The company will store all customer details in a securely locked environment for a period appertaining to the guarantee.
All financial details i.e. credit/debit cards and bank account details will be shredded within 7 days of any transaction between the company and customer.
